Baby crow in April 2nd 2019. I know it's called "baby", but Baby crowpose is definitely harder than regular Crow pose. Unless camera mount is low, it might be hard to tell a true Baby crow apa

Marichyasana in April 3rd 2019. I use my InfinityStrap to help with the bind in Marichi's Pose or Marichyasana B. I haven't practiced B much, mostly A and C, need a short strap for bind in A,

Threaded headstand in April 4th 2019. I love this headstandvariation, although I didn't knew the name for it before. Can't do the full pose, but nevertheless fun to practice.
Threaded headstand
Cow Face Pose in April 5th 2019. It's the first time I practice Cow Face Pose or Gomukhasana with seated Forwardfold. Made it from two different angles to see what I'm actually doing :)

Supta Matsyendrasana in April 6th 2019. Star Pose or Supta Matsyendrasana is a twisted supine pretzel pose. I bring it both sides.

Eight Angle Pose in April 7th 2019. Yay, this is my first Funky Eight Angle Pose, and did it both sides! I prepared with plenty of hamstring stretches and regular Eight Angle Pose or Astavakra

Embryo Pose in April 9th 2019. I'm a friend with Lotuspose, but it's a whole different story to get arms through it. Utpluthih or tolasana was my first stable armbalance, but I've just managed

Kasyapasana in April 10th 2019. Kasyapasana is BalanceDedicatedtoKasyapa, a Side Plank Pose with bound Half lotus. I bring both sides, and I need one loop of my InfinityStrap for the bind.

Noose Pose in April 11th 2019. I think doing Noose Pose or Pasasana without a strap is like a decade away, but it's fun with a strap.

Handstand in April 12th 2019. Eagle Pose legs is the second most challenging leg variation in most inversions for me, only lotus is tougher, and the gap is tiny. I've found Carmen's tips of gr

Revolved Boat in April 13th 2019. Revolved Boat or Parivrtta Navasana requires open hamstrings, so I've prepared with Janu Sirsasana A, Heron Pose and Compass Pose, as well as regular boat pos

Side crow in April 17th 2019. Here is my Eagle Legs Sidecrow, it worked best for me to start with eagle legs instead of regular chair when forming the side crow. Yes, it's harder to squat down

Parivrtta Vatayanasana in April 19th 2019. I can't do the full pose with bind, so I approximate and focus on the spinal rotation.

Humble Warrior in April 20th 2019. Baddha Virabhadrasana or Humble Warrior is one of my favorite shoulder openers, and its focus on the third eye chakra makes it a good choice to descale that
