Yoga Love Community was a February 2018 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Reclined hero (Supta Virasana), Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana) and Mayurasana (peacock pose).

Cowherd Pose in February 1st 2018. Catching up here with a  Cowherd Pose or  Gorakhasana, aka  Lotuspose or  Padmasana on knees. It's still very tough for me, on pair with knee warrior 3.

Side Plank Pose in May 6th 2018. It's actually exactly one year since I did my first  Vasisthasana. I still think of this as an utthita hasta padangusthasana lying on the side, or actually tilted about 60 degrees.
