Yoga Progress Party was a November 2019 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Split (Hanumanasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Intense Side Stretch Pose (Utthita Parsvottanasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Flying crow pose in November 3rd 2019. I go for Eka Pada Bakasana or Flying crow pose and Bakasana or Crane pose. It's the first time I fly in One legged crow since the surgery, which is now 1
