Lolasana in November 10th 2017. I've found the best way to get crossed legs here is to start lolasana as usual, hold for a couple of seconds and then cross ankles. I can hold for about ten seconds now, maybe I go for ankle switches next time :)

Elephant Trunk Pose in November 16th 2017. Haven't done this much, but it's fun, a good strength builder if you extend the leg, and also a good preparation for eight angle pose.

Side Plank Pose in May 6th 2018. It's actually exactly one year since I did my first  Vasisthasana. I still think of this as an utthita hasta padangusthasana lying on the side, or actually tilted about 60 degrees.
