A July 2018 challenge

Yogi Anatomy was a July 2018 challenge, from 2nd to 11th. Asanas include Crow pose (Kakasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Boatpose (Navasana) and Low lunge (Anjaneyasana).

1 – Downward facing dog
⓶ – Standing forward fold
⓷ – Boatpose
⓸ – Low lunge
⓹ – Lotus
⓺ – Bound extended side angle pose
⓻ – Reverse Table top
⓼ – Compass pose
⓽ – Crow pose
⓾ – Wheelpose

Standing forward fold in July 3rd 2018. I bring an  Uttanasana or  Standingforwardfold in front of  SödertunaSlott, outside  Gnesta,  Sweden.

Boatpose in July 4th 2018. I bring a  Navasana or  Boatpose near  Södertuna Castle. This pose can be entered in a three-fold way: bend legs with holding knees for balance -> let go of knee

Low lunge in July 5th 2018. I bring a low lunge variation with knee just above ground. This gives a good workout for thighs and hamstrings and should be performed equally both sides.

Lotus pose in July 6th 2018. The full  Lotuspose or  Padmasana is a great hip opener, and I use it as a preparation for anything that requires open hips in any rotation axis/direction. When us
