Yogi Core Fire Up was a February 2021 challenge, from 22nd to 28th. Asanas include Sugarcane pose (Ardha Chandra Chapasana), Boatpose (Navasana), Four Corner Pose (Chatush Konasana) and Plank pose (Phalakasana).
