An August 2020 challenge

Yogi Equality Day was an August 2020 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Headstand (Sirsasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Frog pose (Mandukasana).

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana in August 24th 2020. - "Do something today your future self will thank you for."

Flying crow pose in August 25th 2020. I am a Libertarian Yogi, and I am free to live the life that serves me best as long as I don't initiate force or commit any kind of fraud.

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.

Warrior II Pose in April 27th 2018. "Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them."

Half Moon Pose in November 11th 2019. I love moon yoga, so my choice for balance pose is the moon themed Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon Pose. I'm going to celebrate the full moon tomorrow with
