An August 2018 challenge

Yogi Got Back was an August 2018 challenge, from 1st to 9th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Tiger pose (Eka hasta vyaghrasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

Straddle handstand

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Chair Pose in August 1st 2018. I bring a  Utkatasana  Chair Pose variation with  Tiptoe Balance, forward fold and arms extended backwards.

Standing forward fold in August 2nd 2018. Catching up with an Uttanasana or Standingforwardfold.

Straddle split in August 4th 2018. I bring a  Samakonasana or  Straddlesplit on a rock in  Järna,  Sweden. I warmed up with bound angle pose, frog pose, skandasana and happy baby pose.
