An August 2017 challenge

Yogis 4 splits was an August 2017 challenge, from 12th to 21st. Asanas include Flamingo pose, Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A) and Split (Hanumanasana).

Tiger pose in August 13th 2017. Tiger uppercut!
Tiger pose (Eka hasta vyaghrasana)
Frog pose in August 14th 2017. A good hipopener which gives a nice inner thigh stretch.

Natarajasana in August 16th 2017. Happy  Humpday! Playing around with different angles for  Lordofthe Dance Pose, I found I like this one the best, face about 120 degrees from camera (instead of 90) and camera facing slightly up.

Lizard pose in August 20th 2017. Trying out a new angle for  Lizard or  Utthan Pristhasana. According to my tests, side or oblique rear works best for both ordinary lizard and flying lizard. J
