An October 2019 challenge

Yogis Connection 2 was an October 2019 challenge, from 15th to 21st. Asanas include Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Utpluthih (Scales pose), Compass pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana) and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose).

C – like compass pose, chakrasana, etc.
O – any one legged pose or any pose that makes you feel OMazing
N – like navasana, natarajasana, etc.
N – like noose pose, nirlamba sirsasana, etc.
E – like eagle pose, eka pada bakasana, etc.
C – like camel pose, chaturanga, etc.
T – like tree pose, tolasana, etc.

Compass pose in October 15th 2019. First day is anything on letter C, and I go for Compass pose or Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana which is a great hamstring opener.
