Yogis Connection 2 was an October 2019 challenge, from 15th to 21st. Asanas include Eagle Pose (Garudasana), Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Utpluthih (Scales pose) and Compass pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana).
C – like compass pose, chakrasana, etc.
O – any one legged pose or any pose that makes you feel OMazing
N – like navasana, natarajasana, etc.
N – like noose pose, nirlamba sirsasana, etc.
E – like eagle pose, eka pada bakasana, etc.
C – like camel pose, chaturanga, etc.
T – like tree pose, tolasana, etc.
