Yogis Connection 2 was an October 2019 challenge, from 15th to 21st. Asanas include Compass pose (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Boatpose (Navasana) and Niralamba Jathara Padmasana (Unsupported Abdominal Lift Lotus Pose).

C – like compass pose, chakrasana, etc.
O – any one legged pose or any pose that makes you feel OMazing
N – like navasana, natarajasana, etc.
N – like noose pose, nirlamba sirsasana, etc.
E – like eagle pose, eka pada bakasana, etc.
C – like camel pose, chaturanga, etc.
T – like tree pose, tolasana, etc.
