Yogis Fight Cancer was a February 2019 challenge, from 4th to 10th. Asanas include Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Supine twist (Jathara Parivartanasana ) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

Support – any balance pose
Learn – any seated pose
Prevent – any forward fold
Fight – any standing pose
Heal – any heart opener
Recover – any resting pose
