Yogis Mixing It Up was an August 2018 challenge, from 13th to 19th. Asanas include Revolved chair pose (Parivrtta Utkatasana), Fishpose (Matsyasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) and Lotus pose (Padmasana).

Marichyasana A in August 13th 2018. Binds are hard for me in general, as my shoulders arn't very open. But I've found one bound seatedpose that worked without strap.
