Yogis Off The Wall was a May 2021 challenge, from 20th to 24th. Asanas include Frog pose (Mandukasana), Revolved wide-legged forward fold (Parivrtta Prasarita Padottanasana), Standing backbend (Anuvittasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
