An August 2018 challenge

Yogissentials was an August 2018 challenge, from 8th to 19th. Asanas include Dragon pose, Extended mountain pose (Urdhva hastasana), Half Forward Bend (Ardha Uttanasana) and Plank pose (Phalakasana).

Extended mountain pose in August 8th 2018. Happy humpday! I'm in here, bringing a regular  Mountain Pose or  Tadasana as well as an  Extendedmountainpose or  Urdvhahastasana.

Half Forward Bend (Ardha Uttanasana)
Plank pose in August 10th 2018.  Plankpose is known as  Adho Mukha Dandasana as well as  Kumbhakasana. It is one of a handful of asanas I've encountered before I started yoga.

Chaturanga in August 11th 2018. I love  Chaturanga Dandasana or  Chaturanga for short. Tucking in elbows is important to protect shoulders, both in sun salutations and when used standalone. Id
