Your Yoga Every Day was an August 2018 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana).

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
