Cobra pose (Bhujangasana)

Saturdaynight yoga in the Whiteroom 🙂
I start with a vanilla Cobra pose. Unlike upward dog, arms are bent and quadriceps are in contact with floor. Then I bring both sides with one leg up, which is great for building strength in glutes and hamstrings. Finally, I bring an Ustrasana or Camel Pose.
