For tonight, I join both Team Invert and Team Bend.
I bring a shoulderstandlotus with one hand on knee. I fall on my back it I try to keep both hands on knees. For Low Lunge or Anjaneyasana, my favorite variation is to keep the knee just above the floor, which gives a good workout for quadriceps. ↩Hosts:
