The #Krounchasana or #Heronpose is mostly about open #hamstrings and some #balance. Hence, I warmed up with different forward folds and hand to big toe pose. Pay attention if it doesn’t feel right in the knee you have on the ground. If so, modify with a cushion or try a different leg placement.
