Upward plank in February 12th 2018. Using three props tonight, just because I can. My new @feetup,  B O S U and my improvised yoga block for adjusting altitude. Didn't affect difficulty much,

Using three props tonight, just because I can. My new @feetup, BOSU and my improvised yoga block for adjusting altitude. Didn’t affect difficulty much, as the most challenging part of the pose for me is to keep the bandhas. But allows me to leave the lowest third of the screen 🙂
