There are many standing poses to chose among, so I bring two! First, a one-legged figure four Chair Pose or Utkatasana on tiptoe. This is a great strength builder for calves. Just pay attention that you need great strength in hips for this one, particularly if you do tiptoe figure four squats. Make sure you train both sides equally, do plenty of hip openers (multiple directions) and as a bare minimum, be able to do a Goddess pose on tiptoes.
