This is the second challenge I jump into this July.
From ashtangayoga, I learned six types of standing forward folds, four widelegged and two with legs together. Doing them all just after the Sun Salutations helps a great deal with any pose where tight hamstrings is a limiting factor. And I have a favorite camera angle for this one 🙂
