Handstand in Yogi Got Back

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)

I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while. Adho Mukha Vrksasana or Handstand is still tough, but what works best for me now is to shorten the downdog-like starting position, to reduce the reliance on momentum. Feels like that is the way to go. And it’s my first handstand on my Bloop45 @chanmaya_yoga_ mat. Niralamba Jathara Padmasana leggings and tanktop by @eightfoldyoga
