Prone Poses

A prone pose is a posture when lying on stomach, or when the torso is facing the floor. Examples include frog pose, bow pose and locust.

Frog pose in April 18th 2021. Today is one of my favorite poses, the Frog pose or Mandukasana. When fully warmed up, this hip opener feels wonderful to stay in for a while.
