Autumn Gratitude Practice was an October 2024 challenge, from 1st to 5th. Asanas include Revolved side angle pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Bow Pose (Dhanurasana).
