Floral Or Fauna started on Monday 9th March and ends Monday 16th. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Cobra pose (Bhujangasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana) and Crisscross Cactus.
Day 1 – Open like a lotus flower (any Lotus pose variation) or curl like a sleeping rabbit (Rabbit Pose)
Day 2 – Rise like a cactus (Cactus Arms / goddess leg inversion) or stand strong like a camel (Camel Pose)
Day 3 – Rooted like an oak tree (Tree Pose) or balance like a flamingo (Flamingo variation)
Day 4 – Unfold like flower petals (Flower-inspired pose) or stretch like a waking dog (Upward- or Downward-Facing Dog)
Day 5 – Grow tall like bamboo (Mountain Pose or Standing Forward Fold) or soar like an eagle (Eagle Pose)
Day 6 – Curve like a lily stem (bow-and-arrow–inspired inversion) or glide like a swan (Splits / Hanumanasana)
Day 7 – Rest like a seed in soil (Child’s Pose) or spread your wings like a butterfly (Butterfly Pose)
Day 8 – Spiral like jungle vines (any twist) or coil like a snake (Cobra Pose or snake-like floor flow)
