Luna Spring Wellbeing started on Monday 9th March and ends Friday 13th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Crisscross Cactus, Bird of Paradise (Svarga Dvijasana) and Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold (Upavistha Konasana).

Start the week with intention: what is one physical or mental health goal you have this week? Any bind.
Move with a positive mindset: What are your strengths? Any hip opener.
Change can be challenging, but it provides new opportunities for growth. Open your heart to new possibilities.
Check in with yourself, physically and mentally: What activity can you do today to feel your best? Any balance.
It’s time for a hug! Science shows that self-hugs release calming neurochemicals like oxytocin, serotonin,and dopamine, reduce stress, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system causing the body to relax. Any forward fold.
