5 days of manifesting was an August 2019 challenge, from 19th to 23rd. Asanas include Utpluthih (Scales pose), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) and Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana).

Day 1: Warrior 2 MANTRA: I AM COURAGEOUS
Day 2: Dancer’s pose: MANTRA: I am LOVE
Day 3: Humble Warrior: MANTRA: I AM HUMBLE, YET MAJESTIC
Day 4: Lotus MANTRA: I AM MAGICAL
Day 5: Ustrasana/Camel pose (with variations, yogis choice) MANTRA: I AM GRATEFUL
