An August 2019 challenge

5 days of manifesting was an August 2019 challenge, from 19th to 23rd. Asanas include Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana), Utpluthih (Scales pose) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Day 1: Warrior 2 MANTRA: I AM COURAGEOUS
Day 2: Dancer’s pose: MANTRA: I am LOVE
Day 3: Humble Warrior: MANTRA: I AM HUMBLE, YET MAJESTIC
Day 4: Lotus MANTRA: I AM MAGICAL
Day 5: Ustrasana/Camel pose (with variations, yogis choice) MANTRA: I AM GRATEFUL

Humble Warrior in September 19th 2017. This is the first time I practice Humble  Warrior or  Baddha Virabhadrasana. To me, it's mostly a challenge for shoulder rotations.
