Soul Friend Sing Along was a December 2024 challenge, from 19th to 23rd. Asanas include Pigeon pose, Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Camel pose (Ustrasana) and Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2).

Pigeon pose in March 26th 2019. Doing a Friday catchup :) I've did regular Pigeonpose and Standingpigeon in past seasons, so I bring both now. And I bring both sides for both. Twinshavemore

Camel pose in June 29th 2023. My choice for the desert animal is Camel Pose or Ustrasana, I basic one in the first slide and a kneeling backbend in the second.

Warrior II Pose in July 19th 2023. My choice for power pose to honor Poseidon and Neptune, the Greek & Roman Gods of the Sea, is a mighty WarriorII Pose, using a car wheel as a shield 🛡🔱
