Sultry Spring Asanas was a March 2020 challenge, from 9th to 13th. Asanas include Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani asana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

Day 2: Sultry & Shame Free: Hip Opener
Day 3: Sultry & Strong: Arm Balance
Day 4: Sultry & Sensitive: Heart Opener
Day 5: Sultry & Still: Yogi’s Choice
