Yogis Talk Like Yoda was a May 2025 challenge, from 19th to 23rd. Asanas include Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana), Savasana (Corpse pose), Tree pose (Vrksasana) and Crow pose (Kakasana).

🟢 Day 1 ”Jedi Balance, You Seek” (Tree Pose, Vrksasana) – To the Force, grounded you must be. Strong and steady, like an ancient tree, stand you will!
🟢 Day 2 ”Float, You Must” (Crow Pose, Bakasana) – Light as a feather, like a Jedi in training, lift you shall. Fear of falling? A path to learning, it is!
🟢 Day 3 ”Stretch, A Jedi Does” (Lizard Pose, Utthan Pristhasana) – Like Yoda in deep contemplation, open those hips, stretch far, and embrace the wisdom within!
🟢 Day 4 ”Twist to the Dark Side (or Not)” (Seated Spinal Twist, Ardha Matsyendrasana) – A wise twist, this is! Align your spine, find your balance, and choose your destiny.. light or dark side, hmmm?
🟢 Day 5 ”Savasana, The Jedi Way” (Corpse Pose, Savasana or any resting pose) – Even a Jedi rests. Close your eyes, surrender to the Force, and let peace flow through you.
