Alo Yoga Sutras was a May 2026 challenge, from 18th to 25th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani asana), Sugarcane pose (Ardha Chandra Chapasana) and Iron Cross Headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana C).
Sthira Sukham Asanam (Steadiness & Ease) – a grounding pose
Ahimsa (Non-Harming) – a heart opener
Pratyahara (Withdrawal of Senses) – a forward Fold
Sthira (Steadiness) – an inversion
Sukha (Ease) – a supported pose
Dharana (Concentration) – a balancing pose
Santosha (Contentment) – a twist
Samadhi (Absorption) – a restorative or meditative pose
