Lets Invert With Fun 2 was a January 2020 challenge, from 27th to 31st. Asanas include Fallen Angel (Devaduuta panna asana), Iron Cross Headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana C), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana) and Dolphin pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana).

Dolphin pose in July 18th 2018. I'm ending this humpday with  Ardha Pincha Mayurasana or  Dolphinpose. This is an important preparation pose for pincha, and also the most common pose to launch into pincha.
