An April 2017 challenge

SelfLoveThroughYoga was an April 2017 challenge, from 21st to 30th. Asanas include Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Spinal twist and Sphinx pose (Bhujangasana).

Downward Facing Dog in February 19th 2019. I go for the  Downward Facing Dog or  Adho Mukha Svanasana option. One regular and one three-legged dog.
