A September 2025 challenge
Alo Glow Up was a September 2025 challenge, from 17th to 24th. Asanas include Flying lizard pose (Uttana Prasithasana), Skandasana (Side lunge), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) and Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose).
Root & Rise: Root into presence and rise into possibility. – Pose: Grounded pose
Strength & Suppleness: Be strong and soft. Let both coexist – Pose: Arm balance
Focus & Flow: Move with direction and stay steady within motion. – Pose: Hip opener
Courage & Surrender: Open your heart – it’s the strongest thing you can do. – Pose: Heart opener
Lightness & Stability: Trust your foundation, then take flight. – Pose: Standing balance
Silence & Expression: Listen first. Feel deeply. Speak from truth. – Pose: Creative variation pose
Light & shadow: Honor every side of yourself. Both are sacred – Pose: Twist pose
Inner Equilibrium: Come home to yourself, balance lives within. – Pose: Inverted balance
