Alo Ritual 8 Days was a May 2026 challenge, from 18th to 25th. Asanas include Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) and Crisscross Cactus.
🌑 DAY 1 – RETURN – Practice: Grounded poses – Energy: Presence and grounding – Intention: Create stability and reconnect with the body – Mantra: “I am here.”
✨ DAY 2 – ALIGN – Practice: Standing balance poses – Energy: Alignment and stability – Intention: Integrate strength, focus, and presence – Mantra: “Everything in me is in balance.”
🌿 DAY 3 – RELEASE – Practice: Twist poses – Energy: Release and cleansing – Intention: Let go of physical and emotional tension – Mantra: “I release what no longer serves me.”
🗝 DAY 4 – UNLOCK (HIPS) – Practice: Hip openers – Energy: Deep emotional release. – Intention: Free what the body has been holding – Mantra: “I release what my body has been holding.”
🌪 DAY 5 – EXPAND (HEART) – Practice: Heart openers – Energy: Expansion and openness of the heart – Intention: Open to feel and receive fully – Mantra: “I allow myself to expand.”
🌙 DAY 6 – INTUIT – Practice: Creative variations – Energy: Intuition and self-expression – Intention: Listen to the body and move without judgment – Mantra: “I trust my intuition.”
🔥 DAY 7 – EMPOWER – Practice: Arm balances – Energy: Strength and personal power – Intention: Build confidence through the body – Mantra: “I am strong. I am capable.”
☀️ DAY 8 – RADIATE – Practice: Meditative poses – Energy: Expansion and calm – Intention: Anchor the experience and close the ritual – Mantra: “I radiate from within.”
