Hip Yoga Hop was a September 2019 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Dwi Pada Koundinyasana (Straight legs sidecrow), Dwi Pada Koundinyasana (Straight legs sidecrow), Dwi Pada Koundinyasana (Straight legs sidecrow) and Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana).

Hopper-Utkata Konasana (goddess)
Hopper-Bakasana (crow)
Hopper-Lolasana (pendant: floating leg)
Hopper-Skandasana (side lunge)
Hopper-Lifted Dandasana (staff pose: l sit or straight leg)
Hopper-Utthan Pristhasana (lizard)
Hopper-Shirshasana (headstand)

Crow pose in September 2nd 2019. This one was harder as expected, as I have the same issue with keeping the foot on triceps as in day 1. Regular grasshopper works for me thanks to the twisted
