A September 2019 challenge

Hip Yoga Hop was a September 2019 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Dwi Pada Koundinyasana (Straight legs sidecrow), Crow pose (Kakasana), Lolasana (Pendant Pose) and Skandasana (Side lunge).

Hopper-Utkata Konasana (goddess)
Hopper-Bakasana (crow)
Hopper-Lolasana (pendant: floating leg)
Hopper-Skandasana (side lunge)
Hopper-Lifted Dandasana (staff pose: l sit or straight leg)
Hopper-Utthan Pristhasana (lizard)
Hopper-Shirshasana (headstand)

Crow pose in September 2nd 2019. This one was harder as expected, as I have the same issue with keeping the foot on triceps as in day 1. Regular grasshopper works for me thanks to the twisted

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.

Dwi Pada Koundinyasana in March 12th 2019. It's the first time I practice Dwi Pada Koundinyasana, although it's possible that I've been close to doing it when practicing Sidecrow or Parsva Bak
