An October 2024 challenge
Liforme Just for me was an October 2024 challenge, from 14th to 18th. Asanas include Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Side plank lotus (Padma Vasisthasana), Iron Cross Headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana C) and Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2).
Day 1: Grippy enough that you don’t slip – downdog/variation or any pose that requires grip
Day 2: Soft enough to cushion you – on knee(s) or elbow(s)
Day 3: Firm enough to support you – handstand or inversion of choice
Day 4: Aligned enough for you not to go wrong – warrior pose
Day 5: Precious enough that you want it everywhere with you – yogi’s choice
