An October 2024 challenge
Liforme Just for me was an October 2024 challenge, from 14th to 18th. Asanas include Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) and Side plank lotus (Padma Vasisthasana).
Day 1: Grippy enough that you don’t slip – downdog/variation or any pose that requires grip
Day 2: Soft enough to cushion you – on knee(s) or elbow(s)
Day 3: Firm enough to support you – handstand or inversion of choice
Day 4: Aligned enough for you not to go wrong – warrior pose
Day 5: Precious enough that you want it everywhere with you – yogi’s choice
