Strong yogis legs was a November 2020 challenge, from 24th to 28th. Asanas include Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Warrior III Pose (Virabhadrasana 3), Skandasana (Side lunge) and Chair Pose (Utkatasana).

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe

Half Moon Pose in November 11th 2019. I love moon yoga, so my choice for balance pose is the moon themed Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon Pose. I'm going to celebrate the full moon tomorrow with
