A January 2026 challenge
Alo Day To Night was a January 2026 challenge, from 19th to 26th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Kalyasana), Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Frog pose (Mandukasana) and Alternate nostril breathing (Anuloma viloma pranayama).
Yoga – vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha, kundalini, restorative/yin, kids, pre & post natal yoga: ex. your favourite yoga pose or flow
Pilates: ex. strength or flexibility drills
Strength & Tone – Barre, Sculpt, Core, Strength: ex. any strong pose or strength training practice
Movement – HIIT, Dance, Walking, Running: ex. any activity to increase your heart rate
Stretch: ex. your favourite stretch
Breath work & Meditation: ex. a pranayama or meditation practice
Sleep, Nutrition, & Self care: ex. show us how you care for yourself
Community: ex. what does ‘community’ mean to you when it comes to wellness?
