Baydi Mid Summer Reset started on Monday 25th May and ends Friday 29th. Asanas include Marichyasana C, Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Cobra pose (Bhujangasana).

Day 1: Ground & Arrive – Slow down, reconnect, stabilize – Standing Forward Fold
Day 2: Open & Expand – Heart + hip opening – Cobra Pose
Day 3: Strength & Fire – Build energy + confidence – Boat Pose
Day 4: Release & Restore – Let go of tension + stress – Seated Twist
Day 5: Glow Integration – Smooth confidence – Warrior II
