Fly And Invert Into Fall was an August 2020 challenge, from 31st to 4th. Asanas include Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Urdhva Dandasana (Upward Facing Staff Pose), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana) and Headstand (Sirsasana).

Flying or Inversion Pose with split / straddle / stag / bow-and-arrow legs
Flying or Inversion Pose with lotus / cow-face legs
Flying or Inversion Pose with hopper / eagle legs
Flying or Inversion Pose with pike / tuck-in legs
Flying or Inversion Pose with forward fold / backbend / twist

Headstand in August 31st 2020. Yay, I'm in here 🍁
Headstand (Sirsasana)
Grasshopper pose in September 2nd 2020. My feet use to slide of my arm in most things with hopper legs, with exception of Parsva Bhuja Dandasana or Grasshopper pose so that's my choice today.
