Ninja Yoga Moves was a November 2020 challenge, from 15th to 19th. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Mukta Hasta Sirsasana B (Free Hands Headstand).

Ninjas are Agile ~ Skandasana or your variation of low crouch
Ninjas are Stealthy ~ Standing Balance
Ninjas are Strong ~ Any Arm Balance
Ninjas are Slinky ~ Any Inversion
Ninjas have Mystique ~ Yogis Choice

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.

Half Moon Pose in November 11th 2019. I love moon yoga, so my choice for balance pose is the moon themed Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon Pose. I'm going to celebrate the full moon tomorrow with

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe
