Succulent Summertime Yogis was a July 2021 challenge, from 28th to 3rd. Asanas include Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Fishpose (Matsyasana) and Lotus pose (Padmasana).

Revolved side angle pose in July 29th 2021. Time to twistoutthemucus with a Parivrtta Parsvakonasana or Revolved side angle pose.

Chaturanga in October 1st 2019. Yay, I'm in here! I go for my favorite pose in the plank family, the Chaturanga Dandasana. One regular, and two with raised leg.

Lotus pose in February 21st 2018. I bring a  Lotuspose with  Garudasana arms, a yogi upgrade to the powersitting technique used in attachmenttherapy.
