White Ribbon Yogis was a November 2025 challenge, from 3rd to 7th. Asanas include Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), Straddle split (Samakonasana), Warrior III Pose (Virabhadrasana 3) and Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2).

Help protect your lungs – avoid air pollutants/smoking: any heart opener
Exercise to help keep your lungs healthy: any hip opener
Know the symptoms: any balance pose
Be your own advocate – if you feel something is wrong insist on getting screened: any warrior pose
Stand with those fighting lung cancer, without judgement or assumptions: any bind
