Wildlife Yogis 2 was a September 2018 challenge, from 5th to 11th. Asanas include Split (Hanumanasana), Fishpose (Matsyasana), Cobra pose (Bhujangasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Pigeon pose in September 8th 2018.  Pigeonpose is a great hipopener, and pairs well with bound angle pose to target the hips in different axes. It's Monday, so what's everyone's fitness plans

Horse face pose in September 9th 2018.  Borntobewild with a  Horsefacepose. Put leg in half lotus, squat down slowly to protect knee and then wrap arms.
