Alo Ready For Summer was a June 2026 challenge, from 1st to 8th. Asanas include Boatpose (Navasana), Malasana (Garland Pose), Camel pose (Ustrasana) and Marichyasana C.

Lower Body Burn/Pose- Malasana, ninja, any warrior.
Heart-Opening Flow/ Pose- Locust, Bow, Camel
Twist & Detox/Pose- Any seated or supine twist, revolved crescent lunge
Arm Balance / Strength/Pose/ Any Crow EPK Tittibhasana
Back Body & Booty/ Pose – Reverse plank, Goddess Wheel pose
Inversion / Play/ Pose – Headstand Forearm, handstand, shoulderstand.
