Alo Seasonal Shift was a September 2025 challenge, from 21st to 28th. Asanas include Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani asana), Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana), Cuckoo Pose (Kokilakasana) and Reverse Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana).

Day 1 – Show Up Pose: High Lunge Holds

Day 2 – Root Down Pose: Goddess Pose 
Prompt: Where do you feel most supported in life and where do you need more?
Day 3 – Fire Up Pose: Forearm Plank or Side Plank
Prompt: What’s something you’ve pushed through that made you stronger?
Day 4 – Breathe & Balance Pose: Any balance pose
Prompt: What does balance actually look like in your life right now?
Day 5 – Own Your Space Pose: Warrior II or Reverse Warrior Flow
Theme: Confidence in discomfort
Prompt: Where in life are you holding back—and what would happen if you didn’t?
Day 6 – Core Reset Pose: Boat Pose or Supine Core Work
Prompt: What habits are ready to shift as you enter this next season?
Day 7 – Let Go to Grow Pose: Seated Twists or Reclined Pigeon
Prompt: What tension (physical or mental) are you ready to release today?
Day 8 – Strong & Still Pose: Legs-Up-the-Wall or Supported Bridge 
Prompt: How can you carry this strength into the rest of your season?
