An April 2019 challenge

Earth Day Yoga 2019 was an April 2019 challenge, from 21st to 30th. Asanas include Fishpose (Matsyasana), Sugarcane pose (Ardha Chandra Chapasana), Reverse Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Raising awareness: Lotus or Easy Pose
Water: Fish
Food: Sugarcane
Energy: Reverse Warrior
Transport: Camel
Conservation/Wildlife: Wild Thing
Consumerism/shopping: Fallen Angel
Recycling/repurposing: Wheel Pose
Mindfulness: Headstand
Be the change: King Pigeon or Mermaid

Lotus pose in February 21st 2018. I bring a  Lotuspose with  Garudasana arms, a yogi upgrade to the powersitting technique used in attachmenttherapy.
