A January 2026 challenge
Lunar Alo Flow was a January 2026 challenge, from 18th to 25th. Asanas include Moon salutation (Chandra namaskar), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana) and Mayurasana (peacock pose).
Day 1 – New Moon – Forward Fold – In stillness, renewal begins.
Day 2 – Waxing Moon – Balance Pose – Find stability as strength unfolds from within.
Day 3 – Full Moon – Heart Opener – Open fully and expand your heart – it’s your time to shine.
Day 4 – Waning Moon – Hip Opener – Release and ground again.
Day 5 – Dark Moon – Inverted Pose – Quiet the mind. Turn upside down to see clearly.
Day 6 – Rebirth – Backbend – Breathe light back into your body.
Day 7 – Integration – Combine two poses that call to you. – You are the moon. Combine two energies, two movements: a Forward Fold with a Hip Opener, or a Backbend flowing into an Inversion.
Day 8 – Illumination yogic choice – The cycle renews — you carry the moon’s wisdom within.
