A May 2025 challenge
Seeds Once Sown was a May 2025 challenge, from 12th to 16th. Asanas include Lotus pose (Padmasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana) and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana).
Day 1: Seed – Lotus Pose (Padmasana) – Plant your intention in stillness. – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Any seated or reclined pose.
Day 2: Sprout – Low Lunge with Backbend – Rise through resistance like a sprout. – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Supported lunge or baby cobra.
Day 3: Bud – Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) – Root down, rise up. – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Toe-touch tree or seated variation.
Day 4: Bloom – Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) – Open your heart and shine. – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bridge pose or supported heart opener.
Day 5: Flourish – Dancer’s Pose (Natarajasana) – Move with grace and freedom. 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Standing quad stretch or gentle Warrior III.
