Seeds Once Sown was a May 2025 challenge, from 12th to 16th. Asanas include Lotus pose (Padmasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana) and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana).

Day 1: Seed – Lotus Pose (Padmasana)⁣ – Plant your intention in stillness.⁣ – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Any seated or reclined pose.⁣
⁣Day 2: Sprout – Low Lunge with Backbend⁣ – Rise through resistance like a sprout.⁣ – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Supported lunge or baby cobra.⁣
⁣Day 3: Bud – Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)⁣ – Root down, rise up.⁣ – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Toe-touch tree or seated variation.⁣
⁣Day 4: Bloom – Wild Thing (Camatkarasana)⁣ – Open your heart and shine.⁣ – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bridge pose or supported heart opener.⁣
⁣Day 5: Flourish – Dancer’s Pose (Natarajasana)⁣ – Move with grace and freedom.⁣ 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Standing quad stretch or gentle Warrior III.⁣
